Cerr Nyel is an elven name that means “City of the Living”. What is now the sprawling Capital of the League of Allied Cities was once a summer retreat for the Royal Families of Strovia. Far removed from the storms of the Wraithwind, the scenic falls and wooded mountainsides offered the perfect blend of natural beauty and access to the eastern and southern lands.
